Ideal for staff at any level, this training strengthens organisational culture, improves communication, and supports compliance while fostering genuine inclusion.
Delivered in a practical and engaging format, this training provides clear, actionable strategies and simulations that help organisations move beyond awareness toward genuine disability equality and inclusion.
A mentally healthy team is the foundation of a strong workplace. This course gives your team the tools to spot signs of stress, understand the impact of mental health, and create a culture where people feel safe to speak up and support each other.
Ideal for staff at any level, it helps reduce burnout, improve wellbeing, and build trust across the organisation.
This course introduces the principles of Universal Design — a way of planning services, spaces, and learning to be accessible to as many people as possible, right from the start.
It’s useful for educators, service providers, business owners and anyone responsible for communications, training, or physical spaces.
This practical course helps your team understand what physical disabilities are and how to support people respectfully and effectively.
Using hands-on demonstrations — including wheelchair use — participants get the chance to reflect on their own spaces and behaviours, and gain practical insights into how to remove barriers.
Neurodivergent employees bring unique perspectives, creativity, and problem-solving skills that can drive real success, especially in neuro-affirming workplaces. Our Neurodiversity Training helps organisations build environments where neurodivergent staff feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Through engaging discussions, real-world scenarios, and practical strategies, participants will explore how to recognise and support neurodivergent colleagues, implement inclusive practices, and remove barriers to success. Embracing neurodiversity can improve collaboration, boost innovation, and create a more dynamic, equitable team culture.
This course explores the differences between different learning difficulties and intellectual disabilities and offers helpful ways to support people with these challenges.
Ideal for teams in education, public service, and customer-facing roles, it focuses on communication, inclusion and small changes that make a big impact.
This course helps teams understand the experiences of people who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Through group discussion and real-life examples, participants learn how to communicate more inclusively and create environments that support better access.
We also explore Deaf culture, assistive technologies, and small changes that improve everyday interactions.
This training introduces the realities of living with visual impairments and how to support individuals with low vision in practical and respectful ways.
With group exercises and practical demonstrations, your team will gain a better understanding of how to communicate, assist and design more accessible spaces.
We also offer bespoke training on wider diversity and inclusion topics, tailored to the needs of your team. These sessions are perfect for organisations looking to broaden their understanding and promote a culture of respect and belonging for all. Topics can be combined or delivered as stand-alone workshops.
